This project employs media archaeology as a method, using potatoes as image symbols to interpret the continuous redefinition and reuse of materials, transcending their physical attributes. The creation involves images, archives, and interactive books, culminating in an exhibition on the "Potato Rule" held in the kitchen. This exhibition invites people to understand this everyday food—carbohydrates—from three dimensions: observation, interaction, and investigation.
